AppVerix Size Charts: Terms of Service

1. What the app does

The app lets you build size-chart tables, assign them to products, collections, tags or vendors, and show a popup on the product page through a theme app extension and an app proxy. It does not change your orders or charge your customers.

2. Price and billing

• One plan: $4.99 USD every 30 days, with a 7-day free trial. Unlimited charts. The price is not based on order volume.
• Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card.
• To cancel, uninstall the app. Shopify stops the charge. We don’t refund partial periods unless Shopify’s rules or the law require it.
• If we change the price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before, and you’ll be asked to approve the new charge in Shopify.

3. Your responsibilities

• The charts are your documents. You are responsible for the measurements and copy you enter.
• Starter templates copy published size tables so you have numbers to edit. They are not a claim about how your products, or any other brand, fit.
• Don’t use the app for anything illegal.

4. Data

How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy. We do not store personal data of your customers.

5. Availability and changes

We try to keep the app running, but we don’t promise it will never be down. Product pages still work if the popup cannot load. We may change or improve features; if we remove something you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance.

6. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses (such as lost profit), and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

7. Ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end your use if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable. After you uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless consumer or other mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
